´Especies Vagabundas´ (Wandering Species) is conceived as an artistic intervention (painting, drawing, sculpture) where the narrative and the plastic are combined to finally
pose a reflection on the complexity of relationships, changes, migrations and interactions in nature.

The works are an imaginary observation of the flight path of species, their change of course, their dispersion, their wandering; in short, their uncertain destiny caused by climatic, environmental or random circumstances.

The ensemble of artistic pieces represents a territory in itself, a space that evokes that ‘third landscape’ (Gilles Clément) where life makes its way outside human interests. Each work acts as a fragment of an invisible and imaginary cartography that wandering species trace in their silent movement.

The exhibition is structured in such a way that the viewer also becomes a traveller, traversing the landscapes of these wandering species, confronting the uncertainty of their
trajectories and understanding how what is usually considered residual or unwanted can be transformed into a space of renewal.

Through the plastic exploration of these ideas, the exhibition seeks to provoke questions beyond the ecological:

What defines belonging to a place?
How do chance and external circumstances influence our destiny?
Is it possible to inhabit a space without naming it?

The exhibition not only represents the flight of nomadic species, but also embodies their essence, allowing art, like nature, to dialogue with the uncertain.
